Vegan Oatmeal with Hemp.


Ingredients:
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup vegan granola 
1/4 cup unsweetened Almond milk
1/2 cup water (add more if you like your oatmeal thin)
2 Tbsp hemp protein (vanilla flavor)
1 Tbsp Splenda/Stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract 

Prep:
Stir well and microwave for 1 minute.

Tip:
Hemp is green. It sort of looks like mold. But don't be frightened...it's full of protein and it's awfully tasty in this oatmeal!

Serves 1 at 233 calories per serving.

  1. it definitely looks suspect but I am sure it is yummy. I will have to try it I love almond milk I started drinking it after we found out Mars is allergic to dairy. Good luck on your vegan challenge I look forward to reading more about it.
