15 oz. chickpeas, drained
2 heaping spoonfuls Fat-free Miracle Whip
2 heaping spoonfuls sweet pickle relish
squirt of mustard
Prep:
Smash chickpeas with a fork until well blended (similar to the consistency of hummus). Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!
Tip:
I haven't had fish in almost a year (it was the hardest meat for me to give up) but for weeks I'd been craving tuna salad and crackers. This tastes almost EXACTLY the same, without the fish!
Serves 4 at about 137 calories per serving.
