Low-cal Poppy Seed "Chicken".

Ingredients:
4 Morningstar Grillers "Chikn" patties (or similar)
10.75 oz cream of celery soup
1/4 cup Imagine No-Chicken broth
1/2 sleeve Reduced-Fat Ritz crackers
8 oz. fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp Poppy seeds

Prep:
Heat oven to 350F. Cook "Chikn" patties (either on stovetop or in microwave). Cut into small pieces.
Mix cream of celery soup, broth and sour cream in a baking dish. Add chickn pieces and stir until well combined. Crush Ritz crackers and spread evenly over top of dish. Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until crackers begin to brown and dish begins to bubble at the edges.

Serves 4 at 250 calories per serving.
