I've been doing Jillian Michaels's 30 day shred workouts for a week and a half now.
When I began, I was sweating buckets and using water bottles instead of my 5 lb hand weights because holy crap she does a lot of reps.
In a few days, I've progressed quite a bit.
But today I may have gotten a bit overzealous.
30 day shred has 3 levels of workouts that, according to Jillian,
get progressively more difficult.
Last week I stuck with levels 1 and 2.
Today, I got all wild and crazy and decided to try level 3.
How much more difficult could it be, right?
MUCH MORE DIFFICULT, is the answer.
Sometime during the workout, my arms fell off and my legs turned into Jell-O.
My recent armless-ness is going to make it pretty hard to do the
produce shopping at the farmer's market tonight.
