Skinny tortilla soup.


Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 can (15 oz) black beans
2 cups Imagine No Chicken broth 
1 1/2 cups corn
3/4 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup water
hot sauce to taste 
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend
tortilla chips

Prep:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add cheese and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted. 
Serve with tortilla chips. 

Serves 7 (1 cup) at 236 calories per serving.
